Privacy
Short version: we use what you send us to answer you and do the work, and we don’t sell or share it.
What we collect
What you give us: your name, email, phone number, company and message when you use the contact form, email us, call or text. When you call or text, our phone system records the number, the time, and any voicemail you leave.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you, quote and do the work you ask for, and keep records a business has to keep. We don’t send marketing you didn’t ask for.
Who else sees it
Nobody, except the services that carry it for us: our email and phone providers and our hosting. We do not sell, rent or share your phone number or text-messaging consent with anyone for their own marketing.
Client systems
When we test or monitor a client’s systems, what we see there is covered by our written agreement with that client and used only for that work.
Keeping and deleting
We keep messages and records as long as we need them for the work and for tax and legal records. Ask us to delete what we hold about you and we will, except what the law makes us keep.
